How To Order

We deliver to most countries within the EU Market (Finland excluded). To make a purchase in the webshop you must have a minimum age of 18.

Payment and Currencies

Payment can be made with most Credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/American Express) and PayPal. Your purchase will be charged in SEK.

Shipping costs (P & P)

Our distributors are Swedish Post Office (Postnord), TNT and DHL.

EU Freight Costs:
– Orders up to 1.000 gram – 75 SEK/order
– Orders more than 1.000 gr and max. 1.500 gram – 125 SEK/order
– Orders over 1.500 gr and max. 2.000 gram – 150 SEK/order
Orders heavier than 2.000 gr will be split in two or more packages depending on weight.

Prices

All prices shown in the webshop are in SEK, Swedish VAT included. Payments will be charged in SEK.

Time of Delivery

Your order will normally be shipped to you on the next working day, provided the products are in our stock in trade. In case we are out of products ordered by you, we will contact you by e-mail. It will take up to 7 working days from shipping for your order to arrive.

Delivery

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email, to the email address given by you in the reg. form. This order confirmation is your “receipt” showing that your order is completed in the system. Your order will be delivered to the address given by you in the “Specify personal details” form. You may choose a different delivery address by filling in that part of the form. We handle all mail and orders Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Unredeemed Shipping

Any unredeemed shipping returned to TerniCOL Sweden AB, will be charged with a fee of at present 250 SEK incl. VAT to cover our freight costs and administration costs.

Return Right According to the Distant Sales Act

As a private consumer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day you received your product(s).
When referring to this right to return, the product(s) must be returned in original state. Product(s) returned with broken seals will not be accepted. Furthermore the products should be well packaged on return. Damages during transport due to poor packaging will be charged to the customer.

Product(s) being returned against cash on delivery will not be redeemed by TerniCOL Sweden AB. TerniCOL Sweden AB takes no responsibility for the shipping costs of the returned product(s).

The Return Right According to the Distant Sales Act does not apply to company customers.

Complaints

On receipt of damaged or incorrect product(s) a complaint should be made within eight (8) days of delivery. TerniCOL Sweden AB takes the full responsibility for costs to rectify an error on our part. As customer, you have the responsibility to carefully examine the products on receipt to make sure that they are undamaged and the correct ones. In order to secure that a correct complaint or return is made, please contact our Customer Service for information before returning any product(s) at:

Transport Damages

The customer must examine the delivery on arrival in order to discover any transport damages. Any visible transport damages must be reported immediately to DHL representative delivering the parcel, followed by a refusal to sign for and accept the damaged delivery.

In any such case, do not forget to inform our Customer Service as well.

Cookies

According to the new law on electronic communication, which came into force on July 25, 2003, all visitors to a website must be informed on the use of cookies and given the opportunity to refuse such use. Our website uses so called session cookies, which enable the features of our webshop.

While you are visiting the website, the cookie is sent between your computer and the server to enable linking of information. Session cookies disappear when you close your web browser. Our cookies do not contain any personal information. The information is anonymous and cannot be traced to an individual person.

Thus, session cookies are used purely for technical reasons, and if you do not accept storing of session cookies, you may switch off this feature in the security settings of your web browser. This will have a negative effect on the functionality, and the web shop will not function properly.
